Customer Expectation Infographic

This is an infographic interpretation of a customer service survey conducted by Gladly. It is an offshoot of their annual report. The purpose of this content is to drive engagement and conversion with Gladly's brand. By using prominent metrics and a minimal visual language, this piece is meant to draw in a specific target audience of executives and directors.
I used subtle animation to highlight different key points, so as not to distract from the primary content. The following are a few snippets of the piece.
