Upgrade Illustration System

When we revamped our illustration, it was driven by a product-first mindset. This meant that our illustration displayed meaningfully and vividly within Upgrade's app environment. By introducing breakpoints—or different scaling threshold—our illustration is visible and comprehensible at different scales, which engineers and product designers could understand.
This illustration system was created in collaboration with Christian Faria and Melany Ramirez.
